Fantacy Beach, or as Palangka Raya citizen calls it Taman Gaul,is a tourist attraction om about ± 21 km from the center of Palangkaraya, with a travel time of approximately 20 minutes drive. This tourist attraction offers a variety of entertainment / games like fishing, flying fox, water bicycle, outbound, and on a certain event also presents the stage musical. In the future, the management of this resort plans to add a few more amenities such as jet skiing, swimming pools, water boom, to attract more visitors.
This artificial lake was once a sand mining lands managed by the private sector. At the time of sand mining on the site no longer produce it leaves dredged marks that form lakes from rain water and ground water with a fairly large area of lake and deep enough .
